Hi, I went on line with the intention of applying for a loan, Yet did not complete the application. I decided to put it on hold till the end of the month. Now receive calls on a daily basis regarding this. First call was from a Man, who could not speak English well..AT ALL, I could barely understand a word that came out of his mouth I explained that "I am not ready yet, when I decide to proceed I will complete the on line application again, then someone can phone me and we can discuss the necessary details". This was answered with, "Mam, when do you think would be appropriate to call you back, maybe tomorrow? ". Are you freaking kidding me..What did I just say! Then that same day, just before 19:00 I received another call, stating exactly the same, I will admit I was a bit rude-because what did the previous call centre rep, who phoned me the morning do - nothing, no note on the system nothing. So I told the lady the same thing. And asked to please make a note on the system. Low and behold, I received another call this morning, from a rep who cannot SPEAK properly. You CANNOT understand her, she can't pronounce her words, or speak English. You have lost me because of this!!
