Provident payment

Good day

I recently, withdrew my provident fund which was paid to you guys over three years from my former place of work capitec bank.
This was deposited into my account which is incorrect.
Capitec Bank: Money In R25780.43 into SAVINGS ACCOUNT; Ref ALEXFORBESAF719691K070613 TRANSFER 03008; Avail R26568.60; 07-Jun. Call 0860102043
They sent me a statement only reflecting. The employer contribution being paid out what about the employee contribution they deducted every month. I do not know if the error are with you or with them please assist
