I pay you a set fee for special attention and when I request it via the vary pathetic email and tell banking means I get told to go to the branch... Nice one... So what's the use...

So I decide to pop into the Alberton branch and guess what?
I got greated by the reception in pathetic ways and was told to make a appointment... Great on Standardbank... I am seriously and I am now going to move my protfolio to a bank right next your alberton branch...

Do you actually now what your Slogan means and do you know what service is? Don't think so. Its a pitty
