Handed over for R145

I am gob smacked that STD bank have handed me over for one mispayment for an amount of R145.

Thanks Standard Bank for giving a high credit limit.

Then when you go onto internet to make the payment for R145, the credit card account is blocked, so now I need to go into a branch to pay R145.

Really, thanks STD bank... wonderful customer service, then also to charge R115 for reversal for R145... REALLLY!!!
