I am loyal Cell C customer who have been having a contract of 24 months with Cell C on the number 084 417 4596 since 2010 to 2012 May 31st.

My monthly contracted amount was R145.01 until the end of May 2012. But to my surprise Cell C has been continually deducting an amount of R145.01 beyond the agreed period of which is from June 2012 to May 2013.

Can you please clarify and make me understand why was the debit order continuing deducting the total amount of R1740.12 in my account hence the contract expired on the 31st of May 2012?

I have reported the matter several times on Vaal Mall Cell C branch, but unfortunately they kept referring me to call the head office of which it never got answered to date.

I'm expecting a speedy reply on this matter or i will take it further.
