Worst customer service eve

I have been trying to apply for a virgin money credit card for the last couple of weeks. After sending them the required documents three times and asking conformation of receipt I haven't got a single response from their side!

Finally they managed to phone my wife. She asked them email me the quote, needless to say I still haven't received it.

If this is how virgin money treats possible new customers I don't know how they plan to keep existing ones.
