A while back there was a transaction on my account. I sent the required documents for investigation shortly after that, including sworn affidavit. It has been almost 2 months and the account has not yet been rectified despite their clear and oversold statement that account is resolved within 21 working days.

The first thing that really upsets me is that I need to go through all the pains of preparing the documents not to mention standing in a Police office cue for an hour and a half to get an affidavit signed, all due to their insecure cards.

Secondly, I've contacted customer services numerous times which takes between 5 - 15 minutes. Each time I am told the lady handling the investigation is not available. Today after kicking up a fuss they have put me through to her, after they again told me she's not available. She told me that she has not received the documents from the merchant where the took place yet (after two months!!!) but assured me she will rectify the account and give me a call by the same evening, and as should be expected, only empty promises!! This was expected after she failed to provide me with her direct contact details.
