Subsequent to lodging a complaint with Hello Peter recently in relation to an addition to my bond being declined, I received a response in the stipulated timeframe. I was then left a message to call Joan Lourens whom I have tried to get hold of for the past week and had absolutely no luck.

I would've thought that if she was serious about resolving my issue, she would've tried call me aafter not hearing from me in a week!

Once again - it just shows that you are not interested - it's all talk and no action!

Just a waste of my time - I will be looking to move my bond elsewhere after lodging a complaint with the Ombudsman in relation to discrimination...
