ITS VERY UNFAIR

Agent from innovation called me in 2012 and offered me a service maintaince plan for 36months he failed to explain to me that basically the policy is for 1 service per year and to my suprise I took my car in for 60KM service and I was told my policy had expired how cause I've only paid - a year for this policy
But unfortanetly that's what I signed up for and it can't be changed wich I feel its unfair because I'm going to pay 21months for the outstanding premium so basically I will be paying for something I can't benifit from any more so next time people you offer people policy don't offer them something that only innovation grop is going to benefit mmore than the client. How do you offer such policies one services per year its rediculouse and its for services that you guys know that are cheap you have made the calculations and my total premium for 36mnths is R5544 and innovation group has only paid -2000 for my services so you have benefited 3500 from my premiums which is a rip off this is just unfair really I'm not happy
