Never got the email and a month passed

I sent an sms for the R400 promo and I was called back. Outsurance quote was more than my current insurance they were supposed to pay me the R400. They sent me an sms with Ref.54017, but email never arrived. When I asked them a week later they said my gmail address was captured as a [URL Removed] instead of a [URL Removed] that is why I never received it. The guy said he will resend and I did not get that one too. I called again with the reference number and he said he will resend, still, it never reached my inbox.

I did not know that there was a month expiry date. When I called they said your month is up, so no payment for you.
