What R400?

It has been more than 3 months since I sent an sms in response to the promo on radio about the fact that if you send the sms your current insurance policy will be compared to the quoted uponwhich if Outsurance does not beat it, you will get R400. The agent who called me asked me a few questions and I believe he must have figured that the ridiculously expensive Outsurance would not beat my current insurance. He esince promised to email me his quote, he never did. I must say that I was not surprised though.
