R400 Cash Back Promo

I called outsurance in an attempt to find a better deal than my current insurance... The quote was done on 14/02/2013 and they could not better my current insurance premium. I then asked about the R400 cash back promo and I was told that all info will be send to me to upload my details for the payment. I received an sms with a pin to access the web page, but no email was received. when I called back to ask about the email I was told that the email address they had was incorrect and my correct email address was taken, still no email received even after I called a 3rd time. Is this a joke? why advertise something and you cannot fulfil your promises?
