Horrific service WORST Business Process Eve

I called on monday to submit a claim for a Volvo C70. i couldnt wait for the authorisation process so i decided to pay the dealer the entire amount for the repair. and would claim later at the insurance. So when i call today im told that the claim has been rejected because i didnt wait for authorising.
