Nightmare to cancel my policy

I phoned Miway to cancel my policy, i spoke to the guy by the name of emmanuel who call himself a senior Retention Consultant. He was so rude towards me after he realised that i was not willing to be retained. He told me that i need to give them 30 days notice and i still need to pay them for july!
