Cannot believe more bad service - SURPRISE

Just when I thought STD Bank was ok. I have just recently had a vehicle written off and have had to re-finance the outstanding amount not covered. I have been dealing with Lucinda Bagley who was persistent in getting all the paper work signed etc despite me explaining to her that my father was incredibly ill & later passed and I did not have access to a computer and that I would get to sorting everything out the minute I was back. The minute I returned all the documents got sent and the new agreement was signed for me to realise half way through last month the payment had not come off, I left this as the paper work did get sent later in the previous month. I have now seen the payment has not gone off again, I contacted Lucinda to find out why and why was I suddenly in arrears. All I got was a rude return email telling me to contact customer services, no answers to any of my questions asked. Why has the payment not gone through??? STD bank have all my details!! Its not like you have supplied me with your details! I have sent all the paper work through giving permission to debit my account!! I am trying to sort this and make a payment. SICK OF TERRIBLE SERVICE! PICK UP THE PHONE!!!
