So much for Steve - False advertising at its best with you people!!

We opened a second bond account with your bank - This money has been applied, approved and paid for!!

However, Thanks to FNB - You people just closed this account without even notifying us thereof because it has been inactive - Nice one FNB!!!

We were told that this money would be readily available to us should we need it however thanks to you guys we now need to reapply for this money and for what reason? It is myne!!

This matter better be sorted out and very quickly or I will be going to the Ombuudsman and the Consumer Protection Council!!
