False advertising

I used to bank with standard bank and then deciede to move my account to Fnb after listening to that silly steve advert that played every two minutes on radio . biggest mistake ever, because everything is just false advertising, now that I am a fnb client i decieded to apply for a home loan and I recieved a decline . yet standard bank gave me a 90 % grant, I am certain if i only remained with standard bank i would have gotten a 100 percent bond today, so i have now decieded to move my account back to standard bank, it is clear to see where fnb loyalty is.
