Reporting on behalf of my parents (OT679933):

About a month ago my parents had a bugler break into the house and thankfully all they was the big-screen TV and a remote control. Outsurance responded with the claim in an acceptable timely fashion. However, as always we were limited to a single supplier for replacing the TV. (Where as in the real life, one has an abundance of choice and price options).

Despite this senseless lack of choice, we found a TV with acceptable size and features. Upon installation we noticed that the sound was not in sync with the JVC display. Three screens later and we still have no working TV and no further feedback from P&G Digital, Brooklyn (Despite their friendly service and three attempts).

Why can we not have a broader option for suppliers or why can we not have the value of the replacement items paid out and receipts of the replaced items sent through to Outsurance?

Didn't pay claim against me, I got a summons
