Not getting my refund of R1273

I asked for a quote for my car but i was not satified with there offer so i chose to stay with my existing insurance. I found that they debited my account with R1273 and i phoned them and the promised to refund my money within 48hrs if i provided them with my bank statement which i did but now its been more then a week and i desperately need my money asap! My other accounts i cant pay because of them.
