Outsurance
Refund never received!

After asking for a quote from outsurance, money was taken out of my account for insurance on a vehicle I don't even have on the 3rd of January. I was patient and kind and understood people make mistakes, but after doing everything they asked me to do and waited the week they told me too I still don't have my refund! Extremely frustrated!
