I had cancelled my Idirect policy on 14th may 2013 stating the car insured was sold. I sent another email on 26th may 2013. Both times I received no acknowledgement of my email. At the beginning of June, the entire premium was deducted. Pathetic followup of correspondence and billing.terrible service.
