Absa idirect refuse to pay my full amount insured

I was involved in an accident where my vehicle samp was broken an all the oil spill out. i made a claim with idirect and they gave me a courtesy car. after a month i was told that they can only pay me for initial damages which they qouted it to be R28000, they said the other damages on the engine was due to me driving the car without oil, even though that never happened. so they offered me R28000 and my vehicle back. i did take the offer . but they never deposited the money and when i asked they said they were still wating for their monthly premium to go through on the 15/08/2013. i called them after their premium went through then they told me the money will be deposited within 48hrs. today when i call they have changed their story saying they can only offer me R14000 since thier asseser made a mistake that the money is more than what they should have offered me.
i dont even know what to do or say since my car was insured for R92000. but everyday this people are changes their stories each. now i am left with no option but to take the matter to court which will still need more money. i thought absa was one of the most truted company but i guess i was wrong.
