I am insured with ABSA iDirect for five years. I was requested by them to communicate with them every few months to have my vehicle re-valued so that my premiums can be re-adjusted (its not a new vehicle). the consultant i have been previously dealing with was Lethiwe Simelane. Since August, 2012 i have been e-mailing her requests for this re-valuation but not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement or reply. I sent e-mails dd 15/08/2012; 14th DEcember, 2012 and 15th January, 2013!!! - not one single request has been responded to. i get an automated response to say a consultant will be in contact but NOTHING! If this is how ABSA iDirect treats its loyal customers then i may have to have a re-think and cancel my policy with them. Why should i be paying an excessive premium when my vehicle is depreciating in value year on year? Lets hope i get a response from ABSA iDirect.
