Waiting for replacement phone for 2 months plus

I took out a phone contract (MTN network) through autopage at the blue route branch in cape town. I also insured my phone through them because the original sales person assured me that if I claimed my claim would be settled quicker if i went through them than through my normal insurance provider. I lost my phone on the weekend of 9/10th march. went to blue route branch where I originally took the account out to get forms/info for insurance claim. i only managed to fill the form out a week later because finrite, the insurance company that autopage uses, only gave me info then. 18 march I gave the papers to the branch. phoned both branch and finrite multiple times, no help. went to branch 8th april and found MY FORM HADN'T EVEN BEEN SUBMITTED YET! spoke to asssistant manager, he fast tracked the claim for me, phoned finrite that eve, claim approved. since then phoned both branch and finrite, excuses excuses, no help at all from either, not even apologies! in fact only apology i recieved was from assistant manager on 8th april. still paying for phone and insurance total R250 a month for 2 months without any service. still waiting for phone, very unhappy with absolutely abysmal service!!
