Cloned card/ resolved in less than a month!

Wow what great service! On 14/05/2013 my card was cloned and purchases were made on my RCS card. I immediately contacted RCS and with their friendly assistance the matter was resolve in less than a MONTH! Not only did they phone me every week with updates on the status of my dispute they also gave me helpful advise on how to protect my RCS and Makro account to ensure that we don't have a repeat of this unfortunate but real problem ALL financial institutions face on a daily basis.
