I've had the unfortunate experience of having my Credit Card cloned. This was done at the same time cards were cloned from major fast food outlets by malicious software.

When I noticed a flight being bought I notified the bank to stop my card. The transaction did go through though.
I've filled in a form sent to me by the call centre and mailed to on 1 November 2013. I've tried making contact with the division but to no avail. Today is the 11 December and I still do not know what will happen and if I'll be refunded. I understand that these matters should be dealt with within 21 work days.

If the banks cannot protect their clients from I suggest that we all stop using Credit Cards and close the accounts as the ease at which I was defrauded makes me wonder with every transaction where I swipe my card when I will be defrauded again.
