Have not sent Vehicle Registration document

Over a month ago I requested my vehicle registration document, NATIS papers.
After a few frustrating emails and being told the query will be escalated I still sit waiting with no indication of where my document is.
I have requested someone to phone me several times but get no response.
My car was paid off about 3 months ago, and I was surprised I had to follow up and chase down my document, and then frustrated at the lack of service from MFC.
It is sad I have to resort to this complaint in the hopes of getting some response.
I hope anyone reading this will take warning against any dealings with MFC.
