Impossible to get vehicle registration pape

I sent a request to service email to obtain vehicle registration papers. After 5 days I got a reply that they need some more documentation from my side, which I sent immediately. Another 5 days' wait before getting confirmation that the document will be sent via courier within 48 hours. It's another 4 days later, after many phone calls I discovered that the courier company didn't deliver, didn't try to contact us, and now Wesbank told them to send the document back to Johannesburg!! Couldn't ANYONE just pick up the phone and contact us!! Now it's going to take another 15 days to get the document in Cape Town!!
