No positive response to request

MFC financed a vehicle for me from 1/02/2005 to 1/1/2010. Last week I requested the vehicle registration certificate which was never sent to me after the contract had expired. I requested them to courier the document to me urgently as I had sold the vehicle,
On Monday they requested a 5 digit security number and the postal code which I immediately e-mailed back at 09h35. On Wednesday they again requested the very same info, which I resent. On Thursday morning I once again sent the info requesting them to send me the document urgently. To date I have not received any further correspondence from them nor have I received the certificate.
The buyer will not pay me until having received the certificate. Consequently I am without wheels as I cannot buy another vehicle until I have received my money. Please help!
