* I ORDERED A SAMSUNG S4 ON THE 9 MAY 2013 AND THE CALL CENTRE AND ENGINUITY HAVE BEEN LYING TO ME EVER SINCE.THEY CLAIM TO HAVE MADE ATTEMPTS TO GET HOLD OF ME TO NO AVAIL.I DECIDED TO BE A BETTER PERSON, I GAVE THEM 4 CONTACT DETAILS ON THE 28/05/2013. AND THEY PROMISED TO DELIVER IN 48 HRS, HOWEVER TO DATE NO ONE HAS BEEN IN CONTACT AND STILL WITHOUT THE DEVICE.

I CALLED ENGINUITY YESTERDAY JUST TO CONFIRM AND THE CALL CENTRE ADVISOR ASSURED ME THAT THE DEVICE WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY BETWEEN 8 AM AND 5PM.

THEY MIGHT AS WELL CANCEL MY REQUEST.
