What miserable service. So many empty promises

Business & Finance

Applied for Samsung S4 at beginning of May 2013. I am a new customer who stupidly fell for FNB's advertisements believing that I will get good service. I was in for a shock. The service thereafter that I experienced by their smart phone device department was shocking. Received an sms from a company called Enginuity on 21 May 2013 in-connection with my smart phone. they had called me to deliver a Apple I-pad which I did not order. FNB nor Enginuity could tell me who messed up. Everyone passed the buck Had to cancel order and re-order Samsung S4 which was done on 21 May 2013 still with a bit of hope that it was just a mistake and FNB (with all their promises) will attend to the problem. I have had to call 4 times FNB myself over the past month to get feedback as no one at FNB could care less about the customer. Was told that the order was sent through on 28 May (1 week after I called). To date no-one from FNB could care to call. Was told on 14 June 2013 that my order was approved but no explanation as to why I have not received my S4 as yet. I unfortunately fell for FNB's advertising but thankfully I have not closed my Standard Bank account as yet and may soon go back to Standard Bank.
