I phoned Outsurance regarding insurance for my car. Not only did Hloni offer to phone me back to save me costs on my phone bill, they saved me so much money on my monthly payments. If other companies had staff like Hloni we would all be alot happier and calmer! He explained everything without becoming monotenous, which so often happens when speaking to financial institutions. His upbeat personality and professionalism was awesome.
