I have had such a pleasant experience today dealing with Mariette Bezuidenhout and Jannie Bezuidenhout respectively. I was greeted with such enthusiasm by both of these lovely people on the phone. Their energy is phenomenal and their professionalism is OUTstanding! It felt like they were excited about talking to me and as a customer - that feels AWESOME! I really enjoyed that phone call... I even put the phone down and found myself still smiling! I look forward to dealing with them again. It is truly refreshing to deal with Outsurance and their great staff! Thank you Mariette!
