Billed incorrectly

I recently changed vehicle insurance companies only because I received a more competitive quote.
I therefore cancelled my Miway insurance and was not billed for the following month. Now I have been billed again in the second month. Not sure how this happened as I thought it had been cancelled already seeing as I wasnt billed last month.
Please correct this and return the money taken from my account.
