Wesbank/Hollard Deducting Unapproved Policy

I noticed that my vehicle instalment went up but accepted that it could be interest related. I have to cut back on all expenses and started going through old statements and mails. I noticed that an Insurance amount of R 928 was levied per month. That is more than my car insurance that I have with Discovery.

I never approved the deduction and it's now being deducted for close too 12 months. I have a vehicle financed through Wesbank as well as a motorbike and due to this have contacted Investec to take over the financing. If there is anything in small print in a contract it should be highlighted too the customer and signed for specifically due to the addisional financial implication. This is defenitely not the case when a vehicle is sold to you.

I am extremely unhappy and will be expecting Wesbank to repay all installments.
