King Price Insurance
DISAPPOINTED

I had an accident on the 18/02/2013, my car has been repaired and collected but to date I still don't have a feedback from King Price in connection with the third party as they were dealing with them directly.
I have kept my contractual obligation by paying the excess which they should have collected from the third party and refund me. I am still waiting for their report which a guy by the name of John promised to call me back and to date nothing has been done.

Please help as I need to know about the claim they got from third party
