I contacted the virgin money insurance call centre on 20 May 2013 to remove occasionally business travel from my policy. The consultant did as requested and then advised me that my premium would now be R900 odd rand (this is Almost R100 more than my normal premium). They advised that they will investigate and get back to me. It's now gone two weeks and no one has resolved the issue. I was billed on the higher premium and promised time and time again that it would be sorted out. Can someone just let me know if this will be sorted out or not? I am still awaiting a call from Busisiwe Mthimkulu's Manager (as promised last week). How can the service level be so pathetic???
