Take money from my account, not even a member!!!

This is really bad service, I cancelled my policy after not even 1 day of joining but they are still taking money from my account! First R169 pro rata, even though I requested to cancel the policy 10hrs. after I joined and then today another R99 after they confirmed the cancellation. This is just wrong!
