Hi,
I called fnb legal department 4 times on 3 different numbers, no answer and no joy!!! I spent 30 minutes on phone.
I just saw now they deducted R260 from my savings account without me making any arrangement.
I am going to ask someone I know at Fin 24 to highlight this on the website. Not happy at all and to top it off there is no one answering phones that can assist you, now that's what you call bad service.
