Payment arrangement failed

I have recently been retrenched and due to that have made a payment arrangement for my car finance. After all the documentation have been completed and sent off I have received confirmation that all is in order and the payment arrangement of 50% of the regular installment will take effect 1 May.
I received a call from the restructuring department, missed the call but the lady have left a message. After trying to contact her back countless times, with no answer. I have left messages on the answering machine and have not been contacted back.
Now the full installment has been deducted off my account!!! Something I cannot afford due to the fact that I have been retrenched and do not have an income.
Please can someone in this department contact me so that we can take it further.
