Good Day, I am so frustrated with the service that i am getting from Auto and General, I got an accident last week Monday and my claim has not been proceed on thier system as yet. What annoys me even more is that i got 2 calls last week from their different departments selling me additional products but no one knows about my claim. I called the Insurance on Saturday to follow up and a lady called Malesi answered the phone and she advised that she will put me through but she made me hold on for 15minutes and then the call was disconnected. i have waisted alot of money on buying airtime as i have been phoning from my cellphone, they should be the ones who are phoning me and not the other way around. I hope that this will get sorted ASAP as I need to start using my car Again...
