Last Year (2012) November my car was involved in an accident and I called my Insurance (Auto & General). The first consultant who answered my call was the lady who identified herself as Happiness. She patiently assisted me throughout the claiming process and my claim was approved within days.

Although I am no longer with Auto& General (due to financial difficulties), I still value and appreciate the service that I received from them. Keep up the good service Happiness.
