Worst service I have ever received

I am proud to say Auto & General have broken my personal record, providing me with the worst service I have ever experienced, which includes a waiter spitting at my feet.

I have been trying to sort out a simple scratch on my car since December last year. Unfortunately, Auto & General have provided me with such horrid service that they have not been able to organize a simple repair.

Everyone I have spoken too has dropped the phone on me or simply put me on hold for infinite periods of time. When helped I am told that they cannot help me and that I need to contact someone else. Finally after confirming my claim Auto & General have failed to confirm an appointment with me. However, the repair company has just phoned me telling me I have been booked for a few hours from now. They have failed to contact me after numerous requests and I have not heard from the rental car company I was promised.

Disgusting service!

I would reccommend, in fact warn, any other customers from conducting any business with this company.
