Bad repair - refusal to fix

Our Chev Aveo went in for a minor accident repair.
The repairers took parts off our car for another car... was eventually corrected after much fighting.
The brakes do not work... 6 months later still refusing to repair

A&G better note this... I AM HOLDING YOU 100% LIABLE FOR ANY BUMPS, DENTS AND ACCIDENTS THAT THIS CAR WILL HAVE!!!

This is NOT the first time you are doing this to me... My Mercedes took 1 year to get fixed and IS STILL NOT either and although I have let this one go, I WILL NOT LET THE LATEST ONE GO!!!
I AM SICK of your, deceipt and legal crookery... I am NOW MAD!!!
