Business man be aware of partnership policy

I have a 50% partnership account at Nedbank Eastgate with my company. Without my approval or notification Nedbank changed the documentation to full authorization to my partner. Changed my cheque book, name, and gave him full rights on the account. I reported this incident to head office but not one of them come back to me and/or gave me the necessary documentation for my court case. If I asked then for information for the lawyer the feedback what I get is "get me a court order"... but for my partner without any court order they changed the account to his name and gave him full signing authorization without a court order and assisted him to change the debit card readers in the shop to his personal account. They allow payment that was made out to the company to go through his personal account.
As a result of this I have lost my income for more than 16 months and this is still not the end...
I see them part of the to hijack companies.
