No contact yet they taking me to court??

I have a Personal Loan with Nedbank, which has been handed over to Maritz Schereurst and Du Preez Attorneys.
They never ONCE bothered to contact me i had to find out via my credit report that my loan has been handed over to them as the people at Nedbank were unable to tell where where my loan was as they couldnt find anything on their system and Maritz Schereurst and Du Preez Attorneys didnt bother to contact me to make payment arrangements or to let me know they have my loan. I contacted them to make arrangements and Alicia Loots sent me a debit order authorization form. I emailed her and told her i am battling to send the form back as i dont have a scanner.
I phoned to find out if i could email a debit order authorization and was told iy would be fine. I then asked them to email me the total amount i owe and i would then email them the authorization form. I got NO RESPONSE!! I now see on my credit record that they have got a court case against me at the Kempton Magistrates court and they have a case number. However they have not even bothered to phone / email me regarding this?? DISGUSTING!!!
