Terrible service

I jus had a breakdown in mpumalanga, in the middle of no-where. I called the santam SOS number, got thru to a guy, whose name i cant remember. He put me thru to the road-assist dept. there i spoke to a lady, whose name i also cant remember. She took down my details, and promised to call me back and tell me who is coming to assist me. 30 minutes went past, no call from santam. I called again, spoke to meshark, he asked me for a reference number, which i was not given. He put me thru to the roadassist dept again, and i couldnt go thru. No one ever came back to me to find out if we are ok. Was stuck in the middle of nowhere, in the bush, it was getting dark, had to ask for a lift to get my wife and daughter to pta!! My car had suspension problems, nobody bothered to ask. The towtruck driver called me, came thru, but with a bakkie, not a flatbed. How do u tow a car with suspension problems with a bakkie? Was towed for abt 80km, and broke my spoiler in the process. No one bothered to ask if we are safe, till now, 5 hrs later, they don know if i got help, or im still on the road. Been with SANTAM for the past 5yrs, but i think i'll be shopping around for quotes 1st thing in the morning
