They do not respond to my complaints

I went to a dealership to buy a car. The dealership made a loan for me at Ned bank to by the car from them. Now the money was paid into the dealerships account. After this The dealership dissapeared with the car and my money. I have been to Nedbank several times where they just send me from one person to thje next with out any one helping me. I have made a case at the police as well and have sent them the case number. No one has come back to me. I have no stopped paying the loan as I will not pay for something I do not have.

I have asked them in these times when I went to see them to put a stop to the loan. But every time they couldnt help me. No one seems to know what they are doing there. I have now been placed on the BLACK LIST for some thing which is not my fault. Will some one please help me to cancel this loan or to put a stop to it. As I can now not go to buy a car or even get a loan.

Please be carefull of Nedbank. Seems they only want to give loans and when you dont want to pay because of the reason above they don't care. Seems the only want money and do not really care about their clients
