FNB REFUSES RETURN OF INADVERTANTLY TRANSFERRED FU

On 16 May 2013 I inadvertantly transferred R50 000 from my Absa account into my daughter's "flexi Deposit" account at FNB Kathu, instead of her savins account. My mistake admittedly. I requested Absa Disputes to reverse the transaction. They now on 28 May report that (a) FNB reports that they have no such accout (bulldust) and (b) it will cost my daughter R1 000.00 in poenalties for making an early withdrawal from this Flexi Deposit account because the money is only accessible on 29 July. This is (a) a misappropriation of MY money and (b) possibly an illegal withholding of money which FNB is now earning an income from. I shall lay charges with the SAPS and report this to the Ombudsman of Financial Institutions/Banking within 3 (THREE) DAYS.
