FALSE PROMISES AND NO ONE CARES TO ASSIST!!

I have taken a contract with fnb from 18 May 2013 and they said i will get 1Gb of data from the first of June but i got 400Mb and have laid many complaints with no assistance now its the 24th of June still nothing is happening!! i will cancel the contract and I will NEVER pay for the service. Because FNB is the one taking time to assist i need to understand but if i was the one taking time to pay i will be taken to the credit bureas and all the legal procedures.. I WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT IMMEDIATELY AND I WILL NOT PAY THE PENALTY FEE!!! I was issued a case number by cell c but still nothing is happening (3060100009)
